If you are using Abby AI on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
You may need to create an account to access certain features of Abby AI. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration. You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
You agree to use Abby AI only for lawful purposes, such as running your direct selling business, creating AI-assisted content for your business, and collaborating with teams and leaders in direct selling.
You must not use Abby AI for fraud, spamming, or unauthorized marketing. You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of Abby AI. You must not share, resell, or exploit our Services without permission.
Any violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or legal action.
Some features of Abby AI require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that payments are processed via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

All content, AI-generated materials, trademarks, and software within Abby AI belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or sell any part of our Services without written permission. You may not claim ownership over AI-generated content created using Abby AI.
We grant you a limited, revocable license to use Abby AI only as intended.
Abby AI uses AI to generate content for direct selling businesses. You understand and agree that AI-generated content may contain errors or biases. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it. Abby AI is not liable for misuse or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

Your use of Abby AI is subject to our Privacy Policy at [Insert Privacy Policy Link], which explains what data we collect, how we use and protect your data, and your rights under UK GDPR.
To the extent permitted by law, Abby AI is not liable for business losses resulting from AI-generated content, data breaches or security incidents beyond our reasonable control, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.
